1. Introduction

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering with Vaaki. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. 1. Pricing and Product Information

All prices are country specific (INR -India, USD – USA, GBP – Europe) unless otherwise stated. We try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. You will be notified of the change and given an option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.

1. Payment

You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it. All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways and we do not store credit/debit card details.

1. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is an offer to us. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Vaaki reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.

If your payment has been processed for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded within a reasonable time.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your products within the estimated time mentioned. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Vaaki is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

1. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within the specified return window.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, logos, graphics, text, designs, and software, is the property of Vaaki or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

1. Reviews, Feedback, Submissions

Any suggestions, feedback, or submissions you provide shall become the property of Vaaki. We reserve the right to use them without compensation or acknowledgment.

1. Limitation of Liability

Vaaki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).

1. Force Majeure
